PowR Barre Class *Advanced Only (6 clients per class, sign up is required)
PowR Barre is a 45 minute intense and invigorating total body workout using the most progressive techniques and cutting edge choreography all set to motivating music and an infrared heating system. Get your heart rate up while toning and building strength to the ultimate level in this high intensity, low impact class. Maintaining your best form is paramount in all of our classes so as PowR Barre* transitions are rapid with emphasis on dynamic, advanced movement within a ballet foundation. (Please note this is an advanced class)
This class will incorporate:
1 .Plyo boxes will be an integral part of this new PowR Barre* Utilizing these boxes with controlled explosive movements will surely increase your strength, balance and coordination to the next level.
2. Wrist and Ankle weights will also be an integral part of this class. The benefits of cuff weights provide a combination of cardiovascular and advanced strength training which helps tone muscles by contracting against the resistance these weights provide.
